- For inquiries regarding the status of your Individual Number Card application (whether or not it has been received), please write your Application ID (23-digit number) in the body of your inquiry. *Your Individual Number is not necessary.
For information regarding your Application ID, please see the page About a Notification Card page. - Please note that you can check the status of your application yourself using your 23-digit Application ID and date of birth.
Please check the Application Status page for further information. - Please directly contact the payment service you applied with for information on the timing of My Number Points being awarded and their expiration date.
- For inquiries regarding using your Individual Number Card as a Health Insurance Certificate and registering bank account information to receive allowances, please contact the Individual Number Call Center toll-free number (0120-95-0178). Once connected, please follow the voice prompts and select your desired option.
